of Calvary Chapel affiliated ministries.
The
background check
will be conducted by Background
Check International (BCI) and
the results will be the property
of the ministry that ordered the
report. .

Our
Comprehensive check
is specially priced at $75
and will take approximately
three days to complete.
The report will be e-mailed
to you.
The one year anniversary
check is $50.
The
Applicant will need
to sign an Applicant Consent Form
which can be faxed to us. To download
the Consent Form click here. To
complete the order you will need
the person's full name, Social
Security Number and date of birth.

report which tells us all of the applicant's current and previous addresses, thus telling us where to look for criminal and/or civil records.
Criminal
Court Records check (felony and misdemeanor) where the applicant has lived or worked (up to 3 counties or jurisdictions).
Sex
Offender state database
check.
Federal
Criminal and Civil Records
check.
A check of Civil records in the principle jurisdiction where he/she has worked for the last few years. This checks to see if the person has been a plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit in that jurisdiction.
The
information will be kept in a database
and upon the one year anniversary
we can conduct an abbreviated background
check including all of the above,
but only the current county of residence.
